Education: Mountainland Technical College 2023 – Digital Marketing and Analytics

Art has always been a part of my life. My entire life, I’ve had a lot of medical problems, sometimes the only thing I could do was sit and draw. From birth I was unable to eat. No one knows why to this day. The doctors gave me a gastronomy tube which I had until age 13. Part of why I love art is because my illnesses can’t stop it. Even when my body isn’t doing well, my mind can explore and create. So, I love using art as an expression of feeling and concepts.

Growing up on a small farm in southern Missouri, I was always surrounded by mother natures beauty and loved to replicate what I saw. To this day I like to sit out side with my animals and draw. Even though I miss the green and the rain, living in Utah with its mountains and vast geo diversity has inspired me a lot.

Ever since I was able, I have loved to read. I would watch the images of what I was reading flash in my head. This is why I love to draw fantasy characters and concepts. Sometimes it is fun to create your own little world. Especially when you are stressed or just need a break.
